Griffonia is rich in 5-hydroxy-tryptophan (5-HTP). 5-HTP is a precursor to serotonin, which is an essential neurotransmitter in the brain. Serotonin regulates sleep. Stimulation of its formation improves sleep, reduces anxiety and restlessness. California poppy has sedative properties, useful in restless states. If taken regularly, it facilitates the process of falling asleep, improves the quality of sleep, relieves anxiety and at the same time does not reduce attention. Withania (Indian ginseng) has anxiolytic, sedative and analgesic properties. It improves cognitive functions in cases of impaired memory and attention deficit. Glycine is one of the inhibitory neurotransmitters in the CNS. It is characterized by spasmolytic properties. Reduces increased muscle tone.

Glycine increases the bioavailability of melatonin, which is useful for agitation, fear, and insomnia. Promotes relaxation, relieves tension.

Magnesium: improves conduction of nerve impulses, regulates heart rhythm. participates in muscle contraction;

Vitamin B6: participates in the synthesis of neurotransmitters and proteins, thereby improving metabolic processes in the brain.
