Mg– helps balance the function of the nervous system, has a positive effect on depression and anxiety.

L-Phenylalanine: This amino acid is involved in mood regulation and the body’s response to stress.

Hypericum Perforatum: contains hypericin, which inhibits monoamine oxidase, which leads to increased levels of neurotransmitters in the brain that regulate character and emotional stability. Hypericum Perforatum is the only natural antidepressant.

Passiflora Incarnata: have spasmolytic and anxiolytic effects. They are shown during heightened emotional, anxious, irritable states and stress. Valeriana: has a muscle relaxant, sedative effect. Its calming action is useful for restlessness and mood swings.

L-Tryptophan: An essential amino acid that is a precursor to serotonin. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter involved in the regulation of emotional mood.

Crocus Sativus: Reduces the reuptake of neurotransmitters, increasing their levels, thereby balancing mood. It also has a tonic effect.

Vitamin B6: participates in the synthesis of neurotransmitters and proteins, thereby improving metabolic processes in the brain.

• Depression;
