SERAZIN

Each enteric capsule contains:

Serapeptidase ……… 60 mg.;

Trypsin ………………. 10 mg (360 IU);

Chymotrypsin ………. 2 mg (300 IU).

Serrapeptidase, which is part of the drug, is a proteolytic enzyme obtained from the non-pathogenic Serratia E-15 enterobacterium. Trypsin and chymotrypsin act on the exudative phase of inflammation and cleave peptide bonds in the focus of inflammation regardless of genesis. Thanks to the synergistic action of three powerful proteolytic enzymes contained in Serazine

Serazin is characterized by anti-inflammatory and anti-edematous, fibrinolytic activity, as well as rapid action in the local focus of inflammation. Serazine increases the elimination of detritus and fibrin deposits from the focus of inflammation, accelerates the lysis of toxic metabolic products and dead tissues; improves hematoma and swelling absorption; Helps to normalize the permeability of the blood vessel wall. When taken orally, the enzymes contained in serazine are absorbed in the small intestine – through resorption of intact molecules, as a result of which the enzyme enters into contact with blood transport proteins and enters the blood. After that, the enzymes migrate to the blood circulation and concentrate in the focus of the pathological process. Serazine also has a pronounced analgesic effect, it hydrolyzes pain mediators (bradykinin, histamine, serotonin) in the center of inflammation. When taking Serazine, the effectiveness of antimicrobial agents increases and, at the same time, the resistance of microorganisms to them decreases.
